EVP Yosemite
Mariposa, CA

Stay Where
You Play
This project began in January, and while we're still in the planning phases we've created this site to share the vision for EVP and to build partnerships. We'd love to hear your thoughts!

Our development approach serves to protect and preserve our environment

We choose compostable and sustainable materials that can be reused & recycled.

We utilize solar energy wherever possible to mitigate electricity needs

Pull-chain showers and low flow toilets use significantly less water than hotels

We love furry friends. EVP is pet-friendly, and our farm is open to guests.
EVP is located 3 hours from the Bay Area, and 30 miles from Yosemite National Park in Mariposa Ca. At just under 2,000 acres, we're building a new category in the glamping industry. So what's new about it? To start, it's being designed during the pandemic, giving us the opportunity to build something that reflects the changing needs of both the workforce and vacationers, specifically spacing.

In partnership with the largest tensile structure maker in the world, BDIR, we set out to redefine glamping with a character and upscale charm unique to EVP. Our tents range from 500 - 2,000 sq ft, with bathrooms up to 500 sq ft. And while we have nothing against rustic, we've taken a modern approach with unique shapes, furnishings by Restoration Hardware, hardwood, and marble floors, and solid walls made of glass panels.

What You'll do @ EVP

Relax
With 2,000 acres of mountain bliss, find an area to unplug and do nothing. Private cabanas are located throughout the park.
Play
EVP is like summer camp, there's always something going on for kids of all ages. Plan the day, or do nothing at all.
Learn
With 3 schools for EV's, a culinary academy, and historical tours through the property, we should have you covered.
Connect
Community is key at EVP. The clubhouse and Happy Goat Bar and Grille are great places to meet like minded people.
We'll have daily tours to enjoy the plunging waterfalls, giant sequoia trees, and sheer granite cliffs of Yosemite National Park.
