WHO WE ARE
John, Dave, and Willie moved to Mariposa in January. We've learned a bunch, met some amazing people, and revel in every moment of this exciting journey.
While we're still in the planning phases, we've created this site to share the vision for EVP and to build partnerships.

We'll have daily tours to enjoy the plunging waterfalls, giant sequoia trees, and sheer granite cliffs of Yosemite National Park.

With 2,000 acres of mountain bliss, you'll find an area to unplug and relax. Private cabanas will be located throughout EVP.
Play
Just like summer camp, we'll always have something going on for kids of all ages. Plan the day, or do nothing at all.
Learn
With 3 schools for EVs, a culinary academy, and historical tours through the property, we should have you covered.
Connect
Community is key at EVP. We'll have great places to meet like minded people, including a clubhouse, and the Happy Goat Bar & Grill.

Our development approach protects and preserves our environment.
We choose compostable and sustainable materials that can be reused & recycled.
We utilize solar energy wherever possible to mitigate electricity needs
Pull-chain showers and low flow toilets use significantly less water than hotels
We love furry friends. EVP is pet-friendly, and our farm is open to guests.
