CLUB EVP
Club EVP is for future thinkers who are tired of living full-time in cities and want to spend a portion of the year in a new type of community focused on the crazy mix of technology, nature, and adventure that EVP provides. Think of it as a club for outdoor recreational enthusiasts and a part-time, live-in co-working space.
How it works:

You purchase the lodging unit from our approved vendor list, choose a location in the park, and place your unit.

The agreement is for one year, after which you can renew, sell your unit in the park, or remove it and move to wherever in the world is next on your journey. All the products listed below are modular and can be easily moved.

There's no membership fee, monthly dues, spending limits, or cost to park your unit at EVP. Actually, there are no fees at all.

When you're not using the unit, we rent it to guests. The terms vary depending on what area and lodging you select.

Private member storage area -- keep your RV, motorcycle, cars, etc at EVP so they're ready and waiting for you

Access to all 3 driving schools at the park - off-road car control, SUV obstacle off-roading, and e-motorcycle/dirtbike clinics. There's no cost to members to participate in these programs and once through the schools, you have access to member-only riding/driving areas with your own vehicles.

The Mariposa Airport is located next to the park, and the Bay Area is a 40-minute flight Additionally, there's a shuttle plane that offers a $99 one way trip from Merced (45 min drive) to LA multiple times a day.
For a tour of the park, reach out through contact. There are numerous lodging zones throughout the park, and prime locations will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. During this pandemic, we'll only host one visitor per day, we hope to see you!
